I am a highly qualified and accredited therapist with specialist knowledge and experience. My approach is integrative, flexible and adapted to the needs of each client. I have the skill and experience to use a bespoke approach with a wide range of modalities. My core approach is person-centred counselling, using psycho-dynamic theory, motivational interviewing, CBT, and solution focused therapy interchangeably, as required. My ability to connect with people and provide a safe, therapeutic but structured clinical framework, sets me apart.
Whatever you are struggling with I can help and support you to work out your next step and begin your journey of a happier life. I can provide Skype and phone counselling sessions and can do home visits if needed.
Solution-Focused Therapy provides a short intervention, helping a person quickly address their problems and achieve their goals. Longer–term approaches can be utilised for deeper-rooted patterns of behaviour and more entrenched underlying issues.
